I gained four years of experience in customer service in both Japan and Canada, where I developed a deep interest in how people think and make decisions. My background in psychology further strengthened this curiosity, eventually leading me to explore branding and marketing.

Currently pursuing a Diploma in Digital Marketing at Greystone College in Vancouver, broadening my perspective and deepening my practical knowledge.
